Mentoring Format

Futures Thinking Mentoring gives you an inspiring new perspective on the world, by developing your ability to Mindleap forward.

You will be expertly coached across Futurework skills using the unique, proven toolkit content. The interactive and uplifting format is designed to support your work and key priorities, providing inspiring and energising interaction, application and learnings.

You can choose the mentoring timeframe depending on your personal objectives and time available. Typically a 3-session package can be delivered across a six-week period and a 5-session package is scheduled across a three-month timeframe. The time between each mentoring session allows you to apply Futurework skills during your workday.

As well as developing your own skills, the Futurework format and resources enable you to develop the capabilities of your own team. Learning how to move others forward from states of being resistant and reactive, to becoming future ready.

Even going a step further and becoming truly Futuready.

Our mentoring is supported by the

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is Futurist Mentoring designed for?

This format is ideal for Senior and High-potential Leaders along with others who need to collaboratively lead into an inspiring future. Participants have included a diverse range of future-focused leaders ranging from next-generation managers to Chief Executives.

How long is the mentoring programme? Will I have time for this?

Futures Thinking Mentoring combines Futurework tools with online mentoring sessions (50 minutes). Rather than having to complete additional projects, you will apply the new tools and techniques learnt as part of your everyday work – developing your Mindleap ability while building Futurework skills.

We recommend allowing two to three weeks between each mentoring session to allow time to apply the skills gained. The Momentum package can take between 6 weeks and 3 months, while the Momentum + Impact package can take between 10 weeks to 5 months depending on schedules.

How much does Futures Thinking Mentoring cost?

To access the Momentum package (three mentoring sessions) and gain everything outlined here your investment is NZD 1,950+gst. To access the Momentum + Impact package (five mentoring sessions) and gain everything outlined here your investment is NZD 2,900+gst.

For Mentoring the full amount is invoiced upfront to secure availability (due 20th month following) and can be paid via credit card on request.

What if there are scheduling challenges?

Dates of sessions can be adjusted to flex with your schedule if required. Occasionally we may need to flex based on schedule and travel requirements. In this case we will give a minimum of a week’s notice to coordinate another mutually suitable date.
